Trading Terms

The terms and conditions of trade you accept by placing an order with R-Biopharm Australia. R-Biopharm Australia reserves the right to refuse to trade with any organisation that does not agree with these terms.

  • Purchase orders indicating a valid purchase order number from an approved authority may be placed by fax, phone, post or email.
  • Anticipated extended delays in supply will be notified to the customer.
  • Deliveries will be made if possible within 48 hours of receipt of order using national courier services. R-Biopharm Australia may make partial deliveries.
  • Products will be transported with appropriate packaging as defined by the manufacturer.
  • R-Biopharm Australia will not guarantee overnight delivery and goods will not be replaced due to late arrival unless the integrity of the product can be demonstrated to have been compromised during transport.
  • Goods are the responsibility of the customer once receipt is acknowledged. Any concern or issue regarding the product must be notified to R-Biopharm Australia within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
  • Each individual customer order number attracts a freight charge. Products shipped to complete orders previously part-supplied will be delivered free into store.
  • Payment terms are ‘Net 30 days’ from date of invoice.
  • Goods remain the property of R-Biopharm Australia until payment is received in full.
  • Statements will be issued upon request.
  • Any customer accounts with invoices outstanding greater than 30 days may be placed on credit hold.
  • R-Biopharm Australia will not supply goods until such time as the account is brought up to date.
  • Payments can be made by cheque, credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or EFT to our account. Details available upon request.

Consumers of our goods and services are protected by Australian Consumer Law, upheld by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, (ACCC).

Our customers have the right to expect certain things when they buy a product or service from R-Biopharm-Australia. In consumer law, these basic rights are called consumer guarantees.

Occasions when consumers aren’t entitled to a repair, replacement or refund

Consumers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer guarantees if:

  • they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn’t like the purchase or had no use for it.
  • the problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing it.
  • they knew of or were made aware of the problem with the product before they bought it (but they may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a different problem with the product that wasn’t made clear to them before they bought it).
  • asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business.
  • the problem with a service was caused by the actions of someone other than the

R-Biopharm Australia does not have a ‘Change of Mind’ policy.
